A: Our easy to use search engine shows all availabilities and prices according to your dates.

A: The reminder of the total amount is paid upon arrival. You can pay in cash, credit card
(additional 2.4% fee), PayPal (additional 2.7% fee), or any other method arranged with us prior to
arrival. The currency is NIS (New Israeli Shekel).
A: We will accept a different currency only according to the exchange rate of that currency to NIS
(New Israeli Shekel) on the day of arrival.
A: No worries. We have a code locks for our apartments. Please contact us a day before arrival
during office hours (9:00am - 18:00pm) to receive the code.
A: We like giving our customers the feeling they are welcome. Our site automatically gives a 10%
discount for stays which are longer than 14 days, and a 20% discount for more than 28 days.
A: The price for the apartments includes everything you need - Cable TV, Wireless Internet
connection, gas, fresh linen and clean towels, cleaning services once in every two weeks (for
longer stays).
The price does not include electricity, which will be charged according to the exact amount that
was used (0.52 NIS per kilowatt, approx. 55NIS for one week)
A: In order to make everything as simple as possible for you, we have code locks for all of our
apartments.
